Which dog food should I get? E-mail

This is an important decision to be made. You want your dog to eat the best food possibly & to grow strong & healthy. So which dog food will do just that? Well first of all you should know the "truth" about dog food. Do you know what goes into the major dog food brand?

There are many ingredients that should not be added to the dog food. They are no nutrition in them. The major ingredients that is added to dog food is Meat "by-product". Do you know what meat by-product is? Meat by-product consist of organs & parts not desired or condemned, for human consumption such as the following:

  • Bones
  • Blood
  • Feet
  • Heads
  • Ligaments
  • Feather
  • Intestines

Sounds gross? Another question what do you think happens to all the road kills, dying/died animals, & animals with diseases? They are used to produced the "by-product" meals. It might seem that this can't be trie but it is.

Next time you vist PetSmart make sure you buy a dog food that DOESN'T include this ingredients:

  • Meat by-product (Chicken by-product, Turkey by-product, Pork by-product, etc) (Anything with "by-product")
  • Corn (Dogs can't digest this easily)
  • Meat & Bone or Beef & bone meal (No BONES!)
  • Animal Fat (Chicken fat, Poultry fat etc is fine)
  • Brewser Rice
  • Beef Tallow (A low quality fat product)
