If you purchase a puppy from us please go out and buy Blue Buffalo Puppy Food. I really highly recommend these brand but if you prefer some other brand that is fine. But do note that changing their food too quickly can lead to indigestion and diarrhea which could bring about a bunch of other problems you just don’t want. So, if you do decide to change their food, mix ¼ new with ¾ old, the ½ and ½ the ¾ new with ¼ old, and the 100% new. This should be done over 3 to 4 weeks so as not to shock the puppy digestive system.

In considering a Chihuahua puppy for your family and home, we highly recommend that you do a lot of research on the breed to make sure they are the right breed for you!  Puppies are a lot of hard work and need obedience training, puppy classes and a firm loving hand to learn how to grow into a well mannered adult. Chihuahua are good compainion dogs, courages and smart. They are a bit difficult to housebreak and needs lots of patients. Take the time to consider your decision to own a Chihuahua pup very carefully. and you are welcome to contact me with any questions you may have.
